ÖZET
Behçet hastal›¤› yineleyici oral aftlar, genital ülserasyonlar ve üveit ile kendini gösteren multi-sistemik bir hastal›kt›r.Baz› olgularda oral ve genital mukoza ve uvea d›fl›nda eklemler, damarlar, gastrointestinal sistem, akci¤erler ve sinir sistemi gibi sistemlerin tutulumu da görülebilir. Sinir sistemi tutulumu olgular›n yaklafl›k %5-10'unda görülür ve hemen hepsinde merkezi sinir sistemi (MSS) etkilenir.MSS tutulumu parankim tutulumu veya majör damar tutulumu olarak iki flekilde görülebilir.Parankim ve majör damar tutulumunun birlikte oldu¤u bir olgumuzu sunmay› amaçlad›k.

SUMMARY
Neuro Behçet:A case report Behçet disease is a multisistemic disease with a presentation of recurrent anal and genital ulcers.In addition in some cases; joints, vascular, gastrointestinal, respiratuar and nervous systems are also affected.Central Nervous Systems lesions are seen in %5-10 of patients Behçet disease affects parankim or major vascular structures of Central Nervous System.We are presenting a case w›th both affected areas.
